network improvements finished succcessfully
The consequences resulting from the network improvements made on September 26th 2006 were noticable later than announced but lasted a little longer ;) Furthermore we waived the promised anouncement of expected outages. I know, we are not beeing very nice lately but we do hope that the improvemnts we made will be noticeable for you.
